In today's episode I discuss a tough topic. Negative self-talk.  This is something I believe every woman battles in some form or another, likely without even realizing it.  In my opinion, the first step to diminishing negative self-talk is to recognize it.  In this episode, I walk you through tips on how to overcome daily negative self-talk.  If you think any negative thoughts about yourself, this episode is for you!
