Ep 38: Tips on Dining Out Without Guilt

Have you ever been to a restaurant and ate ALL THE THINGS?  Bread with butter, wine, appetizer, meal, and dessert.  Before you know it, you're stuffed, feeling gross, asking yourself why in the world you ate so much!  The next day you're still feeling gross and telling yourself you HAVE to have a hard workout to burn it off.  I have been there!  I used to do this all the time.  Every time I went to a restaurant, I ate like it was the last time I was ever going out to eat.  Listen to today's episode for tips on how to dine out without all the guilt!
